AfroDame Return Policy

At AfroDame, we want you to love your purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to assist you with returns under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Return
   Returns are accepted only in the case of damaged merchandise or if the wrong product was delivered. We do not accept returns for any other reasons, including a change of mind.
2. Return Process
   To initiate a return, please email us at skirts@afrodame.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue (e.g., damage, wrong item), and photos if applicable. We will guide you through the next steps.
3. Condition of Items
   The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unused, and in the same packaging it was received in. Any returned products that show signs of use, wear, or damage beyond the original issue will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
   If your return is approved, AfroDame will provide instructions for shipping the product back to us. The cost of return shipping will be covered if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or wrong item). If the return is due to other reasons, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refunds & Processing
   Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return policy criteria, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
